AGM Notification

This is to announce that the next Bi Annual General Meeting of the Southern Centres Committee will be held on Wednesday 22nd February 2012 at The Churchill School, Rysted Lane, Westerham, Kent,  TN16 1EZ starting at 7.30pm. 

There will be a short interval for refreshments. 

All Caravan Club Members are cordially invited to attend. 

As required by Rule 4.3 – 4.4 of the Southern Centres Constitution, nominations for Executive Office or Committee, signed by the nominee, must be received in writing by the Southern Centres Honorary Secretary no later than fourteen days prior to the meeting.
